DAVID I. ROSENBERG, Counsel to the Firm, concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate transactions and commercial contracts.

Mr. Rosenberg is a graduate of Albany Law School and the State University of New York at Albany. He was admitted to the Bar in the State of New York in 1977 and admitted to practice before the United States Districts Courts for the Eastern, Southern and Northern Districts of New York, the United States Court of Appeals, Second Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Rosenberg is also admitted to the Bar in the State of Florida. He has been admitted pro hac vice in Washington, D.C., California and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Rosenberg served as Legislative Counsel to the New York State Assembly and to the Ranking Minority Member of the New York State Assembly, Committee on Ethics and Guidance. He also served as Confidential Law Assistant to Justices of the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department before entering private practice. For ten years he was the partner in charge of the Litigation Department at the Long Island law firm Certilman Balin.

Mr. Rosenberg is a member of the Board of the Suffolk County Industrial Development Agency and a Director of and former Vice Chair of the Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations and has served as Chairman of the Appellate Practice Committee. He has lectured numerous times for the Nassau Academy of Law and has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
